New Year and a new showroom for AQATA

January 2012. AQATA, the UK shower specialist, has redesigned and refurbished their factory showroom in Hinckley, Leicestershire showcasing its wide product portfolio including the latest 17 shower enclosure launches from 2011.
Mirroring AQATA's product ranges, the showroom is organised into three key areas with Spectra, Minimalist and Exclusive Solutions collections. These are complemented by display boards showing the various Linneal shower and thermostatic valve options, plus an attractive selection of high quality polished chrome bathroom accessories and Aqata's wide range of quality shower trays.
Spectra is AQATA's contemporary frameless range of shower enclosures, walk ins and bath screens and is the company's fastest-growing product sector. It comprises around 30 products including over a dozen new additions which are featured in the vibrant new showroom. Visitors will also see the redesigned Exclusive Solutions collection with a subtle but significant facelift to the profiles resulting in a sleeker, smoother look to this ever popular range.
The showroom is completed in time for the anticipated busy schedule of professional training days. Tailored to suit individual retailer requirements, dates can be arranged directly with Aqata's Regional Sales Managers. A typical training day starts with a company introduction and presentation, followed by a factory tour which gives visitors an insight into how AQATA's quality British products are manufactured. After lunch, the afternoon is given over to an in depth look around the new showroom highlighting the unique product benefits and features, concluding with a Q&A session or quiz.

October 2011. Celebrating 25 years of design innovation, AQATA the UK shower specialist, is launching a new frameless hinged door with inline panel available from November 2011. The Spectra SP457 is the latest addition to Aqata's Spectra Collection and offers the perfect recess solution. Precision engineered using the finest quality materials, the SP457 meets the top three requirements desired by most modern shower-lovers which are watertight performance, generous proportions and contemporary, sleek good looks.
The 1950mm high glass enclosure comes in a choice of 1000mm, 1100mm and 1200mm widths and, thanks to the ingenious frameless construction, the door meets the inline panel in a continuous span of 8mm toughened glass giving a clean and sophisticated look.

Spectra SP310 - a practical addition to the Spectra Sliding Doors Collection
January 2011 AQATA, the UK shower manufacturer renowned for quality, innovation and design, has introduced a new corner option to its Spectra Sliding Doors range. Designed as an alternative handing option to the Spectra SP305 enclosure with sliding door that closes towards the wall, the new Spectra SP310 door closes onto the side screen: this allows greater freedom of movement within the room and means that accessories and furniture items can be placed along the wall right up to the enclosure without impeding access.

As with all the Spectra Slider models, Spectra SP310 has a contemporary rectangular design constructed from pristine spans of frameless glass and gleaming chrome and polished stainless steel accents. NOVEMBER 2009 With immediate effect, Jason Reed has been appointed as the new Regional Sales Manager for prestigious UK shower specialist Aqata.

FEBRUARY 2010 Prestigious shower specialist Aqata has appointed David Finn as Regional Sales Manager for London and the South East of England, geographical regions which were previously managed by sales agents.

This latest move is part of the continuing strategy at Aqata to build a dedicated sales team who can grow the existing retail business, diversify into new premium project sectors and generally give 100% commitment to the sales of Aqata's highly engineered and finely crafted shower portfolio.

With over 11 years experience with another leading shower enclosure manufacturer, Dave is well-established within the industry and has a proven sales track record particularly within the retail sector.

NEW TECHNICAL MANAGER
AUGUST 2009 Prestigious UK shower specialist, Aqata, has appointed Nick Barton to to the newly created position of Technical Manager. With a professional engineering background and over 30 years experience in a similar role for a leading bathroom manufacturer, Nick brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the position.

Based at the head office facility in Hinckley, Leicestershire Nick will provide technical advice and after-sales support to Aqata's customers and also be responsible for the existing team of Service Fitters. One of Nick's key objectives will be to develop the Made-to-Measure bespoke side of the business into a complete installation package.
