Easy to follow Installation Instructions are supplied with all Aqata shower enclosures, shower trays and showers. Aqata products are designed to be user and fitter friendly.

AQATA GUARANTEE
Aqata bathroom products are manufactured to the highest standard. Our confidence in the quality and reliability of our products enables us to offer a lifetime guarantee on all Aqata shower enclosures and a five year guarantee on Aqata shower trays and Linneal Showers. This guarantee does not cover damage caused during installation or misuse. Please ensure you register your product to validate your guarantee.

CLEARSHIELD ECO-GLASS PROTECTION
All Aqata shower enclosures , doors and screens come supplied with ClearShield ECO-GLASS. The invisible layer reduces limescale and hard water deposits and makes cleaning easier.
PRICES
Prices shown on the Aqata Website are recommended retail prices and unless stated exclude VAT. (Applicable to UK mainland & Northern Ireland only)
DELIVERY CHARGE
All shower trays despatched without an enclosure are subject to a £35.00 net carriage charge plus vat. Orders for miscellaneous products (excluding trays) under the value of £200.00 inc. VAT will be subject to a carriage charge.
CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT
Our Company policy is one of continual improvement and Aqata reserve the right to amend designs, specifications and prices without prior notice. E&OE. Shower tray heights can vary due to manufacturing tolerances of plus or minus 5mm. The description chrome and gold when referring to Aqata shower enclosures applies to surface finishes only. All products are subject to availability.
RETURNS POLICY
Because of the bespoke nature of Aqata products a re stocking charge of 25% plus carriage charge will apply on all returned items. We will not re-stock any specials or etched glass orders, or products over 3 months old. Damaged goods will not be credited.

USAGE
Watertightness is a key consideration when choosing your shower enclosure. If you require complete water retention especially when using power showers and body jets choose from our fully framed collections or the Spectra Sliding Door Collection. Install your enclosure in a well ventilated area as steam and condensing vapour can result in mineral deposits/build up. Please note that with shower screens and walk in enclosures water spray may extend beyond the length of the glass panel, dependent upon the power of the shower and its position. Please ensure a suitable waterproof and sealed floor finish is used outside the showering area.
Some Exclusive Solutions and all Spectra sliding door frames are pre-assembled, please consider site access available and dimensions when ordering large panels of glass, or sliding door enclosures.
